He Said, She Said: Best You Ever Had

Stopping by a new sports bar for a beer, dinner, and the watch some of the NFL pre-season game.

As she comes up to the bar, nice and tipsy with a glass of whiskey to order from the menu:

She said: "Is this all they have on this menu?

He said: "Umm well there is other stuff on the other side *turns menu over*"

She said: "They look so cute (the female bartenders). Boy I used to look really good when I was that age. I used to be that young.

He said: "Hhph"

She said: "It's funny how it sneaks up on you. It does not seem that long ago, but it is. I am 63 now."

He said (being polite): "Oh really?"

She said: "Best piece of ass you would ever have."

He said: "!"

At The End Of The Tunnel

The past few weeks have had me fairly head down working on my next grant. I really have not had time for anything else. As things stand right now, I am doing my best to wrap up everything this week so that I can press the send button on Monday and still have a couple of days to deal with any technical issues. At the moment the only major holes are in our funding write up and a technical section but beyond that, we are on point.

On the horizon it looks like we will be working on a process to raise debt immediately after this grant is done. In fact, a lot of my time has been trying to juggle both of these programs and learn how they work. Still no word yet on the first grant that was finished end of June. I hope to know something soon on that one. So clearly there is a LOT going on.

Not that anybody stopped by here to find out about any of that, but that is what is going on with me. Time for other stuff has been fairly limited recently. I spent a bit of time last weekend at Texas Children's on the BMT which was good. No skydiving recently, just taking some time off for a moment and I might get back in the sky next weekend.
