An Empty Envelope
Applying for a job via a corporate web site is like throwing an empty envelope over a wall and expecting somebody to throw it back over stuffed with hundred dollar bills.

I want to be lazy. I am waiting for them to stuff their envelope with $100 bill and throw it over the wall to me.

When I was applying for jobs, I chose the top 3 companies I REALLY wanted to work for and delivered each place my resume wrapped around a bottle of champagne. This is not a cheap option but you will sure stand out. Just floating creative ideas.
I toss paint grenades with it. That'll get you noticed!
